文 献 综 述工业厂房的建筑特点与结构设计方法刘政君南京工业大学，江苏，南京，210000摘要:工业厂房相较于民用建筑，其基建投资多，占地面积大，且受生产工艺条件制约。
工业厂房应满足以下需求：设备存放、产品运输、原料存放，除此之外，还应该为工作人员提供安全、卫生、劳动保护条件良好的生产环境。
在结构设计方面，应该考虑到厂房的隔声、防振、防火的设计。
本工业厂房设计采用钢筋混凝土结构，其基本构造由楼板、梁、柱及基础四种承重构件构成，其中平面框架由柱、基础、主梁构成。
整体的空间结构由个平面框架通过连续梁连接而成。
本文包括工业厂房建筑特点介绍，工业厂房结构设计方法。
关键词：建筑特点、隔声、防振、防火、钢筋混凝土框架、结构设计Abstract: compared with civil buildings, industrial plants have more capital investment, large floor area and are restricted by production process conditions. The industrial plant shall meet the following requirements: equipment storage, product transportation and raw material storage. In addition, it shall also provide workers with a production environment with good safety, health and labor protection conditions. In terms of structural design, the design of sound insulation, vibration prevention and fire prevention of the plant should be considered. The industrial plant is designed with reinforced concrete structure. Its basic structure is composed of four load-bearing components: floor, beam, column and foundation. The plane frame is composed of column, foundation and main beam. The overall spatial structure is composed of two plane frames connected by continuous beams. This paper includes the introduction of the architectural characteristics of industrial plant and the structural design method of industrial plant.Key words: building characteristics, sound insulation, vibration prevention, fire prevention, reinforced concrete frame, structural design1.工程概况本项目为南京某有限公司智能装备制造项目7、8#厂房设计，工程地点位于南京市江宁区。
本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，拟建5层，平面形状呈矩形，建筑面积约为5600m2，占地尺寸为42m27m，拟设置1～2部电梯。
主要建筑功能为生产车间。
