血管内皮生长因子对肿瘤转移机制的关系问题文献综述
摘要：肿瘤目前是致死率最高的人类疾病之一。血管新生是肿瘤的重要特征之一。肿瘤血管新生受多分子、多因素调控，其中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）是极为重要的生物调控分子。国内学者对VEGF血管内皮生长因子在眼科疾病以及白血病方面的问题研究以及应用进行了大量研究，取得了重大成果。因此探究VEGF与肿瘤转移机制的关系问题也成为热点。 为了全面了解这一问题，本综述主要通过查询CNKI 中国期刊全文数据库，以核心期刊为范围，以VEGF、肿瘤转移为关键词进行搜索，收集了近5年文献19篇，并对于VEGF的家族成员、生物学功能、以及与肿瘤转移机制的关系研究进展作一综述。目的是阐明VEGF与肿瘤转移机制的重要意义，为接下来的研究提供帮助。

A literature review of the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor metastasis
Abstracthis: This article focuses on the relationship between VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor metastasis. Domestic scholars have done a lot of research on the research and application of VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor in ophthalmological diseases and leukemia, and have achieved significant results. This article reviews the mechanisms of VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor family and receptors, tumor metastasis, and the relationship between VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor metastasis. This article, combined with a recent published study, aims to elucidate the importance of VEGF vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor metastasis mechanisms, and to assist in the next study.
