巨噬细胞极化及相关机制研究进展南京中医药大学 蔡雅洁摘要 巨噬细胞是生物体中宿主防御的重要调节者。

为了满足机体不同的需要,巨噬细胞可以在不同刺激因子下转化为具有不同功能表型的状态,这个过程称为极化。

不同影响因素下的静息巨噬细胞(M0)可极化形成不同的表型,促炎表型(M1)和抗炎表型(M2)。

极化后的巨噬细胞也可通过逆转它们的表型进一步重新编程。

巨噬细胞极化和重编程在维持免疫系统的稳定状态中发挥重要作用,并参与许多疾病的过程。

为了进一步研究巨噬细胞极化,本文对巨噬细胞极化形成的相关机制进行论述和总结。

To satisfy the different needs of the body, macrophages can be transformed into states with different fixnctional phenotypes under different stimulatory factors. This process is called polarization. Resting macrophages (MO) under different influence factors can be polarized to form different phenotypes including pro-inflammatory (Ml) and anti-inflammatory (M2). Polarized macrophages can also be fiirther reprogrammed by reversing their phenotype. Macrophage polarization and reprogramming play an important role in maintaining a stable state of the immune system and are involved in many disease processes. In order to further study macrophage polarization, this article discusses and summarizes the related mechanisms of macrophage polarization formation.Key words: Macrophages; Polarization; Signal pathway.1.巨噬细胞的极化巨噬细胞是高度塑性的细胞。
