温郁金根茎三种炮制品对气滞血瘀证大鼠的血浆代谢组学研究Plasma Metabonomic Study of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated with Three Processed Products of Curcuma Wenyujin Rhizoma董利学摘要：中药加工与炮制是饮片生产过程的重要环节，为中医临床用药特色，但指导饮片合理应用的加工炮制理论尚缺乏现代科学论据，成为制约中药产业发展的瓶颈。
姜科植物温郁金的根茎，经趁鲜加工、蒸制及醋制得到片姜黄、生莪术及醋莪术饮片。
三种饮片均为临床上常用的活血化瘀药，而其功效各有不同：片姜黄长于破血行气，生莪术重在消积止痛，醋制后主入肝经血分，增强破血化瘀作用。
同源三药，功效各异，其深入的药效作用机制亟待解决。
针对上述问题，本课题采用代谢组学方法研究三种饮片对气滞血瘀模型大鼠血浆代谢物的影响，从代谢通路角度阐明三种饮片的药效差异，为饮片临床应用提供科学依据，也为中药饮片现代研究提供示范。
关键词：片姜黄；生莪术；醋莪术；血浆；代谢组学Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine processing and processing is an important part of the production process of decoction pieces, and it is a characteristic of clinical drug use in TCM. However, the theory of processing concoctions that guides the rational use of decoction pieces lacks modern scientific arguments and becomes a bottleneck restricting the development of TCM industry.Roots and stems of Turmeric, a genus of ginger, were treated with wolfberry freshly processed, steamed and vinegar to obtain pieces of turmeric, rhizoma zedoariae, and vinegar. The three kinds of decoction tablets are commonly used in the clinical blood circulation drugs, and its effects are different: Slices of turmeric are longer than blood-breaking qi, rhizoma zedoariae focuses on consumer product pain, vinegar after the main liver into the blood, enhance the role of blood stasis. The homologous three drugs have different effects and their in-depth pharmacodynamic mechanisms need to be solved. In order to solve the above problems, this study used metabonomics to study the effects of three kinds of decoction pieces on plasma metabolites in qi stagnation and blood stasis model rats, and to clarify the difference in efficacy of three pieces of decoction from the perspective of metabolic pathways, and to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of decoction pieces. 中药通过加工炮制可以改变药性，达到增效、减毒、缓性等目的[1]。
温郁金 Curcuma wenyujin 为姜科姜黄属植物，主要分布于浙江温州，为著名的浙八味之一。
在冬季温郁金茎叶枯萎后采挖其根茎，洗净，除去须根，用不同的加工炮制技术制成片姜黄，生莪术和醋莪术这三味饮片。
