摘 要：商陆为商陆科有毒中药，中医临床将之归为峻下逐水药。
商陆性寒，有毒，归肺、脾、肾、大肠经，具有泻下散水、消肿散结的功效，能通二便、利水湿，善治水肿臌胀、小便不利、大便不通的水肿实满证，外用具有消肿散结解毒的功效。
利用近几年文献，对商陆的化学成分、功效、毒性、炮制以及临床应用进行综合说明。
关键词：商陆；化学成分；药理作用；毒性；炮制；临床应用 Abstract: Phytolaccae Radix is a kind of poisonous traditional Chinese medicine, which is classified as diuretic by TCM clinical practice.Phytolaccae Radix cold, toxic, belong to the lung, spleen, kidney, large intestine meridians, with the effect of diarrhea, swelling and resolving nodules, can diffuse stool, water and dampness, good treatment of edema and swelling, urine adverse, fecal incompetence of edema and fullness syndrome, external appliances have the effect of relieving swelling, dispersing knots and detoxifying. The chemical composition, efficacy, toxicity, processing and clinical application of Phytolaccae Radix fortunei were comprehensively described by using the literature in recent years.Key Words: Phytolaccae Radix; chemical composition; pharmacodynamics action; toxic; procession; clinical application 中药商陆系商陆属植物商陆 Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.和垂序商陆 Phytolacca americana L.的干燥根。
《神农本草经》曰味辛，平。
主水张、疝瘕、痹，熨除痈肿，杀鬼精物。
味苦，性寒，有毒;归肺、脾、肾、大肠经。
逐水消肿，通利二便，解毒散结，用于水肿胀满，二便不通;外治痈肿疮毒,为历版中国药典收载品种。
现代药理研究发现，商陆具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤、增强免疫、祛痰平喘等多重功效，主要用于治疗血小板减少性紫癜、急慢性肾炎、肾水肿、银屑病、慢性气管炎等。
近年来其在临床应用中的不良反应也时有报 道。
