线粒体动力学细胞衰老的作用研究进展

摘要细胞衰老与线粒体功能的下降和异常线粒体的积累有关。然而,通过线粒体变化或功能障碍诱导细胞衰老的精确机制以及线粒体变化在细胞衰老过程中的作用还没有完全理解。线粒体动力学(Mitochondrial Dynamics)是一个调节线粒体功能和质量的关键过程。最近发现线粒体动力学蛋白的改变与细胞衰老和细胞衰老相关的疾病有关,线粒体动力学的失调会诱导异常线粒体的积累从而导致细胞衰老。在这里,我们对关于线粒体动力学与细胞衰老之间关系的最新研究进展作一综述。

The development of the connection between mitochondrial dynamicsand cell senescence

Abstract: Cell senescenceis associated with a decline in mitochondrial function and the accumulation of abnormal mitochondria. However, the precise mechanisms by which senescencepromotes these mitochondrial alterations and the role of the latter in senescenceare still not fully understood. Mitochondrial dynamics is a key process regulating mitochondrial function and quality.Altered expression of some mitochondrial dynamics proteins has been recently associated with senescence and with age-related alterations. The dysregulation of mitochondrial dynamics leads to age-induced accumulation of unhealthy mitochondria and contributes to alterations linked to aging.
