摘 要: 白血病(Leukemia)是造血系统的恶性肿瘤。
又称血癌。
其特征是骨髓、淋巴结等造血系统中一种或多种血细胞成分发生病变,并浸润体内各脏器组织,导致正常造血细胞受抑制。
按起病的缓急可分为急、慢性白血病。
按病变细胞系列分类包括髓系的粒、单、红、巨核系和淋巴系的T和B细胞系。
临床上常将白血病分为急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)、急性髓细胞白血病(AML)急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)、慢性髓细胞白血病(CML)、慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)。
转化生长因子beta;(TGF-beta;)是造血细胞生长的负调控因子,TGF-beta;/SMAD 信号途径在造血系统恶性肿瘤的发生中起到重要的作用,TGF-beta;表达及受体或受体后水平缺陷都可导致造血细胞的恶性增殖。
本文将对 TGF-beta;信号传导通路及其异常与造血系统肿瘤的关系进行综述。
