黄葵组方对慢性肾衰模型大鼠体内尿毒素生成影响研究

慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是由各种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍,包括肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)正常和不正常的病理损伤、血液或尿液成分异常,及影像学检查异常。本研究主要针对的是因蛋白结合型尿毒素硫酸吲哚酚(indoxyl sulfate,IS)、硫酸对甲酚(p-cresyl sulfate,PCS)的堆积而引起的慢性肾病黄葵组方是由黄葵,黄芪,姜黄和虎杖组成,具有有抗炎、抗血小板聚集、降血脂、清除氧自由基、促进免疫复合物清除、保护肾小管功能等作用。本研究拟通过测定蛋白结合型尿毒素的含量来研究黄葵组方对腺嘌呤模型大鼠尿毒素生成的影响。

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF URINARY TOXINS GENERATED HUANGKUI PRESCRIPTION ON CKD RATS

Abstract: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a chronic kidney structure and dysfunction caused by a variety of reasons, including glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of normal and abnormal pathological damage, blood or urine abnormalities, and imaging abnormalities. This study is mainly research the accumulation of urinary protein bound toxins composed with indoxyl sulfate and p-cresyl sulfate which causes the chronic kidney disease. Huangkui prescription is composed of Huangkui, astragalus, turmeric and Polygonum cuspidatum,which has anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet aggregation, lowering blood lipid, scavenging oxygen free radicals, promoting immune complex clearance, protecting the renal tubular function and so on. This research is that the content of protein bound uremic toxin can be detected to explore the impact of Huangkui prescription on uremic toxin generated by adenine model the rat.
