基于GC-TOF/MS血浆代谢组学的炙淫羊藿
温肾助阳增效机制研究
摘 要：淫羊藿为我国传统补益中药，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿的功效。淫羊藿炮制方法主要有清炒，酒制、盐制和羊脂制等，其中羊脂制最为常用，且被药典收载。临床研究发现淫羊藿生品和制品功效差别较大，生品侧重于祛风湿、强筋骨，而羊脂油炙后则可增强温肾助阳的功效，主要用于治疗阳痿，不孕。目前对其炮制机理的阐述主要是从活性成分吸收代谢的角度，本实验拟利用代谢组学的思路和方法，研究淫羊藿炮制后引起机体内源性代谢物的变化，从一个新的视角解释炙淫羊藿温肾助阳的增效机制，并从生物体代谢角度进一步阐明炙淫羊藿的炮制机理。

Study of Synergistic Mechanism of Epimedium Fried With Suet Oil for Warming Kidney and Enhancing Yang by Plasma-Metabolomics Based on GC-TOF/MS
Abstract：Epimedium is traditional tonic medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, pungent and sweet in flavour,which belongs to the liver and kidney and have efficacy of kidney yang, strong bones and muscles. Epimedium is usually processed with wine , salt or suet oil. Processed with suet oil is most widely used and has been proved that this way of processing can greatly enhanced Epimediums clinical effect. Latest research has shown that efficacy of unprocessed and processed Epimedium shows significant differences. The unprocessed Epimedii is more useful in strong bones and muscles while processed Epimedii focuses on the efficacy of kidney yang and infertility. The processing mechanism of epimedium had been studied from the intestinal absorption angle, but the pharmacodynamic synergistic mechanism of kidney yang after processing was still unclear. Therefore, based on metabonomics, we studied the changes of the synergistic mechanism of kidney yang after processing on the overall.
