东部沿海某市污水处理工程设计摘要随着城市的发展，城市人口数量不断增加，人民生活水平不断提高，环境污染也越来越严重，其中最为突出的问题便是城市污水水量以及污水组分的变化。
同时，规范对于处理后的污水水质要求也不断提高。
面对污水处理过程中的新问题、新挑战，只有根据城市污水的变化趋势，适时改进城市污水的处理工艺和运行条件才能够解决城市水体污染和水资源污染、短缺等问题。

Keywords:urban sewage ;water resource;water treatment;fluctuation of water quality1.引言近几年，我国发展迅速，尤其是东部沿海地区的经济发展更为突出，在国民经济中已占据重要地位，以长三角和珠三角为代表的经济发展地区为全国的经济发展做出巨大贡献。
东部沿海地区在拉动经济增长的同时，也沦为当地环境污染的重灾区，其中，水污染问题尤为突出。
城市污水绝大部分是生活污水，生活污水所含的污染物主要是有机物(如蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、尿素、氨氮等) 和大量病原微生物(如寄生虫卵和肠道传染病毒等)。
存在于生活污水中的有机物极不稳定，容易腐化而产生恶臭。
细菌和病原体以生活污水中有机物为营养而大量繁殖，可导致传染病蔓延流行。
故城市污水在排放前必须进行处理。
