木塑复合材料的研究进展
摘 要：木塑复合材料（Wood-Plastic Composites,WPC）是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型复合材料，指利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯等，代替通常的树脂胶粘剂，与超过50%以上的木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维混合成新的木质材料，再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺，生产出的板材或型材。主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业。目前我国对木塑复合材料的研究也越老越重视。突破木塑复合材料的关键的地方在于如何有效的提高界面相容性和防腐的研究。我主要是采用中药材的废弃物进行木塑材料的制造。
关键词：木塑复合材料；新型；制备工艺；前景良好
Abstract: Wood Plastic composite material (Wood Plastic Composites, WPC) at home and abroad is booming in recent years a new type of composite materials, the use of polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC, etc., instead of the usual resin adhesive, with over 50% of Wood powder, rice husk, straw waste plant fiber blend into a new wooden material, then through extrusion, Plastic mold, injection molding processing, production of the sheet or shaped. Mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics packaging, etc. At present our country the study of wood plastic composite material is more old more attention. The key to break through the wood plastic composite is how to effectively improve the interfacial compatibility and corrosion research. I mainly adopts traditional Chinese medicinal materials of wood-plastics material manufacturing waste products.

我国的木材资源十分短缺，但是在木材的加工和使用过程中却有 20％-30％的木粉和边角余料被作为废料，而这些废料通常会被直接燃烧或直接扔掉。这就造成了巨大的浪费，并且造成很严重的环境污染。所以回收和利用废弃木粉是保护环境和社会的发展必不可少的[1]。木塑复合材料的最主要用途之一是替代实体木材在各领域中的应用，其中运用最广泛的是在建筑产品方面，占木塑复合用品总量的75%]。木塑材料具有良好的加工性能，其成型具有良好的强度和耐水、耐磨性能。木塑材料的它的使用寿命长，可调整性大。同时它还对紫外光具有一定的稳定性，它的着色性能良好，来源广泛[2]。
1.木塑复合材料的填充物原料分类
木塑复合材料的来源比较广泛，他可以来源于农业种植过程中的废弃物，比如说秸秆；也可以是树木。从自然属性和社会来源进行分类。
