半夏炮制品质量标准的研究进展
摘要：半夏为常用有毒中药，临床应用广泛，但对于半夏的两种炮制品，即法半夏和姜半夏的质量测定，至今没有科学、规范的可控标准，因此本文通过对半夏两种炮制品的质量标准的研究等相关文献进行归纳总结，以期为半夏两种炮制品质量标准的研究制定和规范提供思路。

Abstract:Pinellia ternata is acommonly used poisonous traditional Chinese medicine, which is widely used inclinical application. However, there are no scientific and standardcontrollable standards for the quality determination of two processed productsof Pinellia ternata, i.e. Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ginger. Therefore, thispaper summarizes the related literature on the quality standards of the twoprocessed products of Pinellia ternata, with a view to providing reference forthe formulation and standardization of the quality standards of the twoprocessed products of Pin Thoughts.

半夏为天南星科植物半夏Pinelliaternate(Thunb.)Breit.的干燥块茎，首载于《神农本草经》,临床已有两千多年的用药历史。其性温，味辛，有毒归脾、胃、肺经。具有燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结的功效，具有重要的临床药用价值。半夏的毒性主要表现在对多种粘膜包括胃、肠道及咽喉的强烈刺激，误食生半夏可使口腔和舌咽产生麻木、肿痛,张口困难，胃部不适等症状，严重可使呼吸迟缓而不整，痉挛，最后麻痹而死亡，因此中医临床上多用其炮制品。
