黄葵组方对慢性肾衰模型大鼠肠道微生物
及氨基酸代谢轮廓的影响研究

摘 要:慢性肾衰是指原发性或继发性慢性肾疾患,使肾脏清除体内代谢产物功能减退或丧失导致代谢产物在体内储留所出现的一系列症状和代谢紊乱的临床综合征。黄葵具有提升超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,减轻肾小球免疫炎症反应,促进免疫复合物的清除、保护肾小管功能等作用。本研究拟通过观察黄葵组方对5/6切肾致肾衰模型的影响,探讨其通过对肠道微生物氨基酸代谢的影响治疗慢性肾病的作用机理。

EFFECT OF HUANGKUI PRESCRITION ON CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE RAT MODEL OF INTESTINAL MICROBIAL METABOLISM AND AMINO ACID PROFILE
Abstract: Chronic renal failure is a primary or secondary chronic kidney disease, reducing or losing the function of the kidneys to remove metabolites, leading to a series of symptoms and metabolic disorder of metabolites in vivo. Huangkui can enhance the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glomerular immune inflammatory response, promote the clearance of immune complexes and protect the function of renal tubular. This study intends to observe effects of Huangkui prescription on 5/6 nephrectomy induced renal failure model and explore the mechanism of its effect on the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
