槲皮素的药理及研究进展摘要:槲皮素(3,3,4,5,7-五羟基黄酮)是一种广泛应用的黄酮类化合物,可从多种植物、蔬菜和水果中分离得到。
研究表明槲皮素具有多种生物活性,如抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗血管生成、抗肿瘤(胃癌、膀胱癌、卵巢癌、结肠癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌等)和抗纤维化等作用。
现代药理学研究表明研究表明,槲皮素可能具有抗肾纤维化治疗肾纤维化的潜力,但是具体的抗肾纤维化分子机制尚未探究清晰。
本文对近年来槲皮素的研究进展综述如下。

Studies have shown that quercetin has many biological activities, such as anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-angiogenesis, anti-cancer (gastric cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer) and anti-fibrosis. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that quercetin may have the potential to treat renal fibrosis with Anti-renal fibrosis, but the specific molecular mechanism of Anti-renal fibrosis has not been clarified. 黄酮类化合物的抗菌作用是通过不同的途径实现的。
其中包括抑制细菌DNA螺旋酶的活性起到抗菌作用。
薛现凤等[2]报道中草药中的成分通过提升大鼠beta;-防御素(beta;-DF)的表达提升机体的非特异性免疫能力,同时作用于细菌细胞膜从而起到抗菌作用。
林俊卿等[3]研究显示槲皮素可上调非特异性免疫分子的表达,从而提升细胞的自我防御能力。
