麸炒枳实饮片加工研究综述
摘要:枳实是一种常用的理气中草药,在具有破气消积,化痰散痞的方面有显著作用,同时具有有持久的升压作用,还有改善微循环作用,适用于治疗休克的作用。利用麸炒法对枳实生品进行加工炮制得到枳实饮片,麸炒炮制可以缓和枳实的烈性,减少对胃肠的刺激作用。对其炮制方法进行研究,考察不同炮制方法对其化学成分含量的影响,以MS技术测定比较各炮制条件下不同化学成分的含量,建立研究麸炒枳实饮片加工的方法,利用此方法优化枳实饮片加工工艺。
