中药制剂中黄芩苷含量测定方法
摘 要：黄芩苷Baicalin是中药黄芩中的主要有效成分之一，具有抑菌、利尿、抗炎、利胆、等作用。黄芩苷属于中药小分子，中药小分子的分析方法有高效液相色谱法（High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC）、薄层色谱法（Thin-layer Chromatography, TLC）、分光光度（Spectrophotometry, SP）、高效毛细管电泳法（High Performance Capillary electrophoresis，HPCE）等。本文将对以上四种测定方法进行综述，以期为中药制剂生产过程中黄芩苷分析方法提供参考。

Content Determination of Baicalin in Different Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations
Abstract :Baicalin is one of the major effective component in Scutellaria baicalensis. Baicalin has bacteriostatic, diuresis, anti-inflammatory, resist allergy, spasmolysis, cholagogue, anticancer etc. Baicalin belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of small molecules, traditional Chinese medicine analysis of small molecules with spectrophotometer, thin-layer chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method etc. This paper mainly reviews above-mentioned methods, hoping to provide reference for determination of Baicalin in TCM preparations production process.
