【摘要】 益肾壮骨丸为江苏省宝应县中医医院独有的医院制剂，用于治疗骨性关节炎效果显著，目前对该产品的质量标准研究和方法学研究还是空白。
为保证制剂的安全、稳定、有效，有必要制定相应的质量标准。
指标成分是保证药效的基础，因此对处方中药物的化学成分以及含量控制研究进展进行综述，以便为益肾壮骨丸的质量标准研究提供文献依据。

Therefore, the research progress on the chemical composition and content control of the drug in the prescription is reviewed to provide a literature basis for the quality standard research of Yishen Zhuanggu Wan.Keywords: Yishen Zhuanggu Wan; content determination; high performance liquid chromatography益肾壮骨丸是由江苏省宝应县中医医院自行开发研制的复方制剂，由山茱萸、杜仲、枸杞子、黄芪、当归等十余味中药组成，以肾主骨，肝主筋，膝为筋之府的中医理论为指导，并在对膝骨性关节炎病机及治疗认识的基础上而组方的。
处方组成：君药：山茱萸100g、杜仲100g、枸杞子200g臣药：黄芪300g、当归100g、生地100g、熟地100g、川断200g佐药：白芍100g、地龙100g、补骨脂100g、赤芍100g、威灵仙100g使药：砂仁40g益肾壮骨丸具有滋补肝肾、祛风除湿、养心安神、壮骨柔筋的功效。
山茱萸、杜仲和枸杞子均入肝、肾经，三药作为君药合用补肝肾、强筋骨，以固其本。
重用黄芪大补脾肺之气，脾健气旺则新血生、瘀血祛而不伤正。
熟地、当归补血行气，纠其耗血、伤阴之弊。
续断也有入肝、肾经，有补伤生血之效，补而不滞，行而不泄。
白芍和赤芍均有止痛之效，白芍长于柔肝止痛，赤芍长于活血祛瘀止痛。
