摘 要:本研究主要针对L-赖氨酸,L-脯氨酸,L-半胱氨酸和N-甘氨酰甘氨酸分别与金属离子锌螯合而成的产物对于大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,用于取代农业生产过程中的杀菌剂,同时作为植物中量元素提高农产品的安全性以及产量、质量。
通过扩散法,结合药敏纸片进行参照。
通过不同浓度的设定及对时间的控制,最后以实验结果判断其对于不同种菌落生长的促进或拮抗作用,通过抑菌圈大小确定浓度对被测菌的影响。
此外将菌落生长结果与不同浓度的药敏纸片进行对照,从而达到研究目的。
关键词: 半胱氨酸;脯氨酸;甘氨酸;赖氨酸;氨基酸金属离子螯合物;大肠杆菌;金黄色葡萄球菌;抑菌性Abstract This study is mainly focus on L - lysine, L - proline, and N - ammonia acyl l-cysteine glycine with metal ions,zinc chelate, respectively, and become to the special product that have bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus. It can be used to replace the fungicide which have been applied to agricultural production for a long time. At the same time, zinc chelate is the middle element in plants that can ensure the safety of agricultural products, improve their quality and production. According to the diffusion method, combined with drug sensitive paper that have been used on scherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus for reference. Through the setting of different concentrations and taking right control of time at the same time, the promotion or antagonism of the concentration on the growth of different species of colonies was determined according to the experimental results, and the influence of the concentration on the tested bacteria was determined by the size of the bacteriostatic circle. In addition, the results of colony growth were compared with the drug sensitive slips of different concentrations, so as to achieve the research purpose.Key Words Cysteine; Proline. Glycine; Lysine. 农业生产中使用的杀菌剂往往含有锌元素,虽然其杀菌具有广谱性,但其高毒性对人体、土壤均有一定不良影响。
锌也是人体生长发育必须的微量元素,其主要以蛋白质和金属酶的形式参与人体正常的生理代谢。
锌的摄入在日常生活中主要依靠动物性食品,我国的膳食习惯很容易造成由缺锌引发的人体各种病理变化或疾病。
