脂质体的制备方法及研究进展
摘要脂质体是磷脂自发聚集而形成的双分子层结构,在20世纪70年代初，作为药物的载体因具有减少药物毒副作用及靶向作用的特点，逐渐引起人们的重视。近年来在其制备工艺、制备材料及表面修饰等方面取得了较大的进展。本文将介绍：目前常用的脂质体制备技术及各自适用的情况，包封率的测定，新型脂质体技术及脂质体在各领域的应用。

Preparation Methods of Liposome and Prospects
AbstractLiposomes made from phospholipid self-aggregation have gradually aroused peoples attention since the early 1970 s, because this kind of drug delivery system can deduce the drug toxity and have the target property. In recent years, major advances spring up in the fields of preparation techniques, preparation material and surface modifiers. This paper describes commonly-used liposome preparation methods and how to evaluate encapsulation efficiency. It also introduces some state-of-the-art technologies, as well as the application in some realms.
