纳米乳在经皮给药领域的研究进展摘 要:近年来,纳米乳(又称微乳)逐渐成为一种理想的新型透皮给药制剂。
因其与传统乳剂相比具有易透过皮肤、热力学相对稳定等多种优势,而被广泛应用于经皮给药领域。
近年来围绕纳米乳在经皮给药领域的研究逐渐增多,本文结合多篇文献对纳米乳在经皮给药领域的处方研究、促渗机制以及应用几个方面进行了综述。
并对其未来的应用前景进行了简单的阐述。

In recent years, research on the field of transdermal administration of microemulsion has gradually increased. This article has reviewed several prescriptions on the prescription research, penetration promotion mechanism and application of microemulsion in the field of transdermal drug delivery. And the future application prospects are briefly explained.Key Words:Microemulsion; transdermal administration; prescription; penetration mechanism; application经皮给药系统(transdermal drug delivery system,TDDS)是通过皮肤给药以达到局部或全身治疗作用的一种外用给药途径,具有安全性高、无首过效应、副反应少等优势。
据预测,未来将形成外用、口服、注射制剂三分天下的局面,但由于皮肤是人体通透性最低的生物屏障,大部分药物都难以通过,因此促进药物的经皮吸收,提高药物的生物利用度成为当前研究的热点。
1943年,纳米乳这一概念最先被Hoar和Schulman提出,自此纳米乳这一新型制剂逐渐进入了研究者的视线。
近年来的研究显示,将纳米乳应用于经皮给药领域具有良好的发展前景,相比于其他经皮给药制剂,其优势主要在于:可以有效的降低皮肤角质层对药物的屏障作用,显著提高药物在皮肤层的扩散速率;增加药物的溶解度,延长药物的作用时间,充分发挥药物的治疗作用[1]。
现就纳米乳在经皮给药领域的一些研究内容和进展进行综述。
