摘 要：乳腺癌是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,是女性中发病率最高，最常见的肿瘤，近年发病率不断增高，引起广泛关注。
抗乳腺癌天然药物，尤其是我国传统中草药,治疗乳腺癌具有多途径、多靶点、疗效独特、不良反应小的特点，发展前 景十分广阔。
通过查阅国内外相关文献进行分析和整理，概述包括单味中药和复方制剂的抗乳腺癌功效与可能作用机制，以期对临床和新药研究提供理论依据,加快乳腺癌中药研究发展进程。

Key Words: Breast cancer; Tanshinone2A; Research progress; Danshen root(TCM)1．乳腺癌现状乳腺癌是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,是女性中发病率最高、最常见的恶性肿瘤【1】，其病理类型包括：非浸润性癌；早期浸润性癌；浸润性特殊癌；浸润性非特殊癌，其中以浸润性导管癌最为常见【2】。
全球女性有超过 167 万乳腺癌新发病例，占女性全部恶性肿瘤发病构成的首位，几乎每 4例女性恶性肿瘤病例中, 就有 1例乳腺癌病例；并且同期死于乳腺癌的女性患者约有52万例，也位于女性恶性肿瘤死亡顺位的首位。
近年来，全球女性乳腺癌的发病率和死亡率水平均呈现逐年上升的态势，并且占全球女性全部恶性肿瘤发病、死亡的构成也有所增加。
目前我国的乳腺癌发病率为每年８９／１０万人，且呈递增的趋势。
有研究表明，经过治疗后，Ｉ期乳腺癌的日年无病生存率为９０％；ＩＩ期乳腺癌的５年的无病生存率则为７０-８０％；ＩＩＩ期乳腺癌的５年无病生存率仍可达６０-７０％；ＩＶ期乳腺癌的５年总生存率则仅为３０％【3】。
目前，大约有４０％的乳腺癌患者在接受系统性治疗后，仍会出现复发转移，且大部分复发转移患者最后因为转移而死亡。
对于复发风险，有研究表明，乳腺癌在接受治疗后的前3年，会出现一次复发高峰期，而后复发风险将逐步下降，但复发风险将一直存在。
